INTRODUCING

"MAZ METAL RECORDINGS"

...REALISING THE LACK OF ACCESSIBLE, CHEAP, FLEXIBLE DEMO RECORDING FACILITES AT REHEARSAL ROOMS...WHERE QUALTIY MUST NOT BE IGNORED...

As well as creating an easy and cheap way of recording a live metal band as quick as possible,

... yet at the same retaining that good basic quality of a logical set-up,

...using a good number of quality graded microphones and common sense;

...there is also the ease of recording on the spot a track and then recieiving a burnt cd quality of that track.

  ALL YOU NEED IS WHERE YOU USUAL REHEARSE, WHETHER IT'S YOUR HOME OR OTHER REHEARSAL ROOMS.

I WILL COME TO THAT LOCATION AND PROMISE TO RECORD YOUR METAL MUSIC LIVE QUICKLY AND WITH EASE, AT THE SAME TIME KEEPING TO CD QUALITY.

I CAN EVEN PRODUCE YOUR TRACK ON THE SPOT AND BURN YOUR TRACK ON A CD (DEPENDANT ON TIME FACTORS). 

MAZ METAL RECORDINGSMOBILE SET-UP INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
    

I USE:

1. HP DV6700 notebook, dual core Centrino processor, 4gb  memory 
2. Presonus FireStudio firewire digital audio interface (8 channels & SPDIFs) 
3. Corresponding supply of quality mikes, cables, stands and headphones 
4. Cubase recording software, applicable digital software effects and reverbs (extra cost dependant on mixing/editing requirements - please see below)
5. Tapco Monitors (extra cost dependant on mixing/editing requirements - please see below)  
6. Appropriate mobile & adaptable barriers for sound proofing  (extra cost please see below) 

I WILL OFFER THESE SERVICES:

1. Record your metal music live (either 5 mikes for drums, other 3 for guitars and bass; or individually via monitoring headphones) 
2. Multi-tracking available upon request 
3. I will take home. edit, mix levels and create audio files (wave and/or mp3) 
4. One CD presented to your band: mail, meet-up or delivered to rehearsal frontdesk (extra cost dependant on your requirements)  

THIS WILL COST YOU:

1. Initial set-up fee of $75 (time to set up miking placement & sound levels) 
2. $10 per hour (this rate starts at initial press record button) 
3. $25 for taking back home and editing, mixing...etc 
4. Extra cd copies will cost $10 a copy or $5, if you supply your own cds
   

 PLEASE NOTE: THE ABOVE RATES ARE BASED ON BASIC MIC SET-UP AND STRAIGHT THROUGH RECORDING AND ON THE SPOT BURNING OF RECORDED TRACKS, THERE IS NO SOUND PROOFING INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE RATES.

IF SOUND PROOFING IS REQUIRED THEN RATES WILL INCREASE DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY OF MIC LAYOUT, THIS CAN BE AGREED UPON BASED ON YOUR REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS ALSO THE CASE FOR USE OF STUDIO MONITORS FOR MIXING AND EDITING REQUIREMENTS.
